Gel Palm Gloves (Any Help?)

I was just curious if anyone has any experience with Gel palmed gloves. Do they help with hand fatigue at all or do they just sound better than they really are?

I have Olympia perforated leather gloves with gel palms. I do like them, and I think the gel palms do help a little to reduce fatigue on longer rides. But we aren't talking a "must have" feature in my opinion. It is nice, but I have other gloves without gel palms that I like to wear also.

Olympia too

I have the Olympia perforated Gel also. Never ride without them. It does seem to reduce hand fatigue for me.

I do use a set of el cheapo gel palms I got out of the close-out bin at local dealer. Definetly helps with the 'tinglies' I get from the Thruxton clip-ons, but oddly enough, and don't think me too weird, I do get what feels like an electric shock, only on my left hand, between the middle and index finger when riding in cold weather

Other then that, I like and will probably buy a set of good perforated gloves for summer riding.

Expensive ones didn't work

I tried a pair from a company that promotes gel gloves "QWI". The gloves didn't help much but I think the gloves were so poorly made that they could not have helped much. Very little gel for the palm and no protection at all for the back of the hand. Just order a pair of Olympia on sale for $20-will see how they do.

My T-100 doesn't really vibrate much but I have CT very bad in my right hand-had the left one repaired so its good for much longer riding. I learned to ride with my right (throttle) hand at a 45 degree up angle to insure max throttle control and that good habit doesn't help the problem. I am considering raising the handle bars.

Great gloves

I have been using my Olympia 760 Air Force Gel Gloves I bought from Motorcycle Superstore for $22.99. These are great gloves with gel padding in the right place. The large ran a little small but still fits well.

The gloves appear to be very well made and have helped my hands. I started using them on long trips driving my Jeep-really help.
