Aerostich makes them. I've used them for three years and love them. They fit in the tank bag or a pocket even, in oh so small of a space and are easy to put on quickly when it starts to rain hard. They have long cuffs with draw strings that cinch the cuff down tightly. They allow enough mobility and dry off easily.
What do you do in the hard rain? I hate to see my expensive gloves get wet.
