Thanks

Thanks guys, I am not a triumph owner yet but am looking at buying a new model Tiger1050 about april next year. No test ride yet but having sat on one and lurked on the forums it sounds ideal for me unless a test ride proves to be the deal breaker(can't see that happening though). Would like to join Tasrats when I do. Scott

Not gonna happen Scott. If you did a test ride, you'd buy it now rather than April. Once you have your VIN, you can sign up for RAT membership on Triumph's website.

While you're at it, check out ratbags.org.au
Go to the forum section and you'll find part of it is dedicated to Tassie RATs. You can get in touch with local Ratbags who organize regular rides etc.

He's right mate. You'll love the 1050 engine. She's a beauty. I've a Speed Triple with the same motor and I fall in love every time I swing a leg over. The Tiger is an all around great bike. Don't forget to post back when you get yours.
