Can't login to RAT

Trying to login and I get a message that I need to renew my membership. I click on renew and it tells me my login and password are incorrect. I request my login and password and I get an e mail telling my what it is. It is what I am entering! I try to rejoin and it tells me that the user name and password is taken. By me!

Help? My insurance company needs the info. I sent an e mail to Triumph for help but have heard nothing.

I see this ever so often. I think Triumph has an issue with their db that disrupts the service. When its happened to me I give it a day and normally get right in.

Does your ins. company need your vin? If so you can get that off the bike. I can't imagine what records Triumph RAT will contain that can help your ins. company out.

Dairyland offers a discount if you have a membership with a professional motorcycle org. They need the membership number.

Ah, good to know. I'm about to change companies soon and will make sure they have that discount when I compare prices.

Well, it's been a couple of days and I still can't get in. It just loops me back to the user name and password are not correct after excepting the user name and password to get into the renew page? No reply from their contact e mail address.

I am not sure RAT qualifies as a "professional" motorcycle organization. - not very professional the way they are working at the moment, anyway!

I can't log on with my info either. Better use your AMA membership instead!

I did get to login, but I noticed the latest info was 2007.
