Did oneone else experience the same problem I am having with this dumbass form. Every time I fill it in it reject it and want the same info refilled in. Gotta tell you I love my bike, but everything else associated with Triumph is definetly in the dumper.

We had a thread on BHO on this which some members claimed they had difficulty. From my own experience as I also only joined last week it rejected my VIN number twice as being invalid (it wasn't) but accepted it the following day at the first attempt.

Make sure you follow the instructions correctly at the bottom of the page after you have filled all the details in for them to accept it. It's the part which states "Select this link to add your bike details' You have to select that and it refreshes your VIN and bike model which you have already previously entered, back into the window below it. If it doesn't do that you will fail.

Is that because of the dealer in your area? I've read they are not that "engaging". We have a good shop in our area, and an active RAT pack. I rarely have an occasion to do anything direct with Triumph, which is why I asked.

I've read that people sometimes have problems registering, but later not problems at all. Sounds like the site may have a database issue ever so often. Give it a go in a couple more days. Sorry to hear about the rough start.
