Changes to RAT 2008

Yes Triumph is fully aware that all is not functioning, as it should with regards to RAT packs and some dealership backup. There will be major changes taking place in the first quarter of 2008 and throughout the year, however these cannot be disclosed at this time. With regard to Torque magazine, this is part of the past and Triumph is the vision of the future. I’m not convinced but who am !!

The factory Rat patches, and stickers will continue for the foreseeable future. However some of you will not get these automatically as you are not on their RAT database. It’s up to you to update your details.

OK clear as mud, if you have any thoughts about improvements or what you are unhappy about private mail me and I’ll try and give you an answer and on pass to the right ears in Hinckley.

'Course, the way Triumph runs RAT from country to country seems to differ, so who is to say how it will affect those of us international? RAT UK seems to have much better function and organization than RAT US these days. Many of the Packs here are still holding out, merely by the persistence of their local leadership. I hope that the changes in 2008 will have a positive impact on our organization here in the States also.
