I just visited the official Triumph web site, went to the RAT Pack directory.......our Pack, the Salt Lake RAT pack from Salt Lake City, Utah, isn't even listed! We've only been in existance for 8 years, maybe I should be patient.
I have emailed JC, asking him ***?
How many other Packs didn't make the list? :???: :???: :???:

I mentioned to Jim Callahan when the "new and improved" Triumph web site was unvailed that Salt Lake Pack was not listed....alot of good that did!
I honestly don't know what it takes for the Triumph folks to realize that without Packs and Pack Leaders........sometimes I get the impression that they really don't care.
That might be a bit harsh....but I'm frustrated. I've put alot of time and effort into this Pack, and to not be acknowledged just doesn't seem right.
OK, I'll climb down from the soapbox now.
Think I'll go for a ride!

It seems this is a grass roots program. The big T can help but in my searching I've been going to sites like this and triumph-tiger and area shops dealing with Triumphs.

My bet is you'll get more bang for the buck by having good info on these sites, some of the yahoo groups and an active current page on your local dealer web site.

I've not even joined yet but if Callahan is the Rat US wheel then hounding him may be your best bet to get the Triumph page updated. I seriously doubt they don't care, more likely the right person hasn't gotten the info. Updating the list is a trivial matter, once they know the information is accurate.

Stay after it, people in your area that don't know your pack exists will appreciate it.

I am disapponted with the "new" Triumph website in general. Whoever designed it did not consider those of us who are stuck with dialup connections. Much of the information is incomplete and no longer accessible and links don't work. The old site was mcuh faster to load and the hyperlinks worked.

Rant off! :-D
