Send an email to Tia at ratamerica@triumphmotorcycles.com and explain the situation. She should be able to take of it for you.

Yes. If you are the author of a post, it will appear with an Edit button under it on this page. If you click it, one of the options it will give you (under the text editing area) is to "delete this message."

Yeah... that symbol is supposed to mean "on your bike".

o&\o

Can't you see the rider, front forks and wheels??? It is definitely a low rider - not a Tiger!

RAT memberships come from the U.K., and TYPICALLY have taken 8-10 weeks to process.

If you are in Mareitta - don't wait for the packet - just go down and hang out with the Ratlantans. It WILL change your life.

Hiya! I'm in Austin, Tx and so far, the closest RAT pack I can find is Waco. Waco is beautiful, but it's too far to ride up for every event. Do ya'll know of a RAT pack in or near Austin? If there is one, it would make my day!

i was talking to the head of the service deptartment in georgia and he said that u only get enrolled once in RAT, no matter how many new bikes u buy. i asked because i never recieved a new membership when i bought my second brand new daytona. so i paid to enroll again because mine had elapsed. so whats is it??? free with every bike or not?

Should get a free year each time you buy a new bike. It's true that you only get one RAT number I believe, though! I let mine lapse for a couple of years, and they gave me the same number when I came back....

I'd send a note to ratamerica@triumph.co.uk and see what they say. Most likely, it slipped thorugh the cracks, or perhaps your dealer did not submit the paperwork?

Not sure it will be easy to get some dealers to back RAT. Have trouble getting them to back the bikes they sell. Or even be familiar with them. Unfortunately Triumph seems to be an afterhought for some of them. They are more interested in their Ducs and accessories.
Love the bikes just not thrilled with the dealers.
