My name is Tod Monroe and I'm the new pack leader of the Olympia, WA Rat pack. We ride out of the Olympia CycleMart the second Saturday of every month - meet around 9:30 and leave at 10 (earlier if we are heading somewhere far afield). It is off to the coast or up to mountains or that sort of ride. Usually we also throw in a few other rides when the weather is good. A group of us will be running up to the Kootenay Raid in Nelson, BC this summer. Come on out and join us for any or all of these rides.

I'm very fortunate in that I belong to two RAT Packs. Western RAT, already posted, and Vancouver (BIM) Rat, not yet posted. I'm still new to the pack idea of riding, always been sort of a lone wolf, but looking to get more into pack riding. Here in British Columbia we have the Kootenay Rat raid every summer where the beauty of the scenery is matched only by the bikes. We also have some tremendous roads in Greater Vancouver notably the highway up to the site of the 2010 Winter Olympics. Hopefully we can get some interest in doing some event(s) around here soon. See you on the roads soon.
