Having trouble getting my free membership

Anybody else having trouble getting their free Rat membership, with the purchase of a new bike? This week it will be 15 weeks since I purchased my Bonnie. I've left several messages for Peter Carlieo at Triumph customer service, but he never called back all week. I did talk to him about a month ago, and he said the membership should be coming any day. Any ideas on how to get this membership moving?

I assume you went out and filled out the on-line form at http://www.triumph.co.uk ?

Thanks for the help! At least someone helped me. My dealer and Peter Carlieo at Triumph told me that the membership was automatic, and would come in the mail. Now it's 16 weeks later, and still no magazine. I just registered online as You recomended, so again Thank You! :wink:

my understanding is that they won't send you the magazine unless you're membership is processed at the beginning of that quarter (which was May 1). you should be getting the NEXT issue (September, I believe)...
