Starting a RAT pack works best when run by an enthusiast, rather than a dealer employee. It is a lot of work, and can take some time to get a large group collected.
The biggest challenge is making it appeal to the wide spectrum of Triumph riders tastes. Think about it - Triumph makes bikes that range from full-out sport bike to wicked cruiser. It is a challenge to create a group that appeals to ALL those types!
So, plan a variety of rides, get some folks to help that like different types of riding to help coordinate the rides for those types - touring, dual sport, crusiser, sport .... plan rides for each.
Put together a flyer to promote the pack. Get the dealer to send it to all Triumph customers and give it to all new riders. Post it in the local bike hangouts. "Stick" them on the seats of Triumphs on bike night.
Good luck!
