Does anyone know why Triumph is not a sponsor of the MSF?

(I'm an MSF Rider Coach, and I don't know either...)

maybe Wendy's posts regarding the MSF (or as she likes to call it the M$F) and the industry will shed some light....

Some discussion on the matter was similar to that the same as the Buel issue. At 500 pounds, a Bonnie as Triumps smallest entry-level motorcycle is rather hard for some beginners to handle. As well as bikes like Buel's being awkward to learn on for newbees.

IE: Small and handleable Suzuki's GZ250 and Honda Rebel "American cruiser style" bikes and the like are ultra light and easy to learn to ride on at MSP Classes.

Along that same line; Who'd ever thought that a 500 pound 790cc motorcycle would become the "norm" as an "entry-level" motorcycle for new riders especially the ladies, in a sea today of mega-cruisers 1700cc-2395cc excluding the Boss Hoss of course.

I know my wife has brute force issues with handling my T100.

I believe Triumph does support classes in U.K. But the boys over the pond would know for sure...

If I'm not mistaken, the MSF funding strucyutre was developed during a time when Triumph was not in existance in the US... Possible??? I don't know, just a guess..
