I'd say it's close, but I'd rather sport bike looks than adventure bike looks. But, there's more they could do with that engine. An actual sport tourer would really tick my boxes.

I'm still hoping for 1000-1200cc Daytona. You would think they would know how much people would eat that up.

I've always hoped for a special edition Speed Twin.
IMO the original Speed Twin is the most beautiful motorcycle ever made.

I think you have your history a bit mixed up , the 60-70s trident was a triple both in the uk with slab tank and usa with peanut tank . The early t bird was a pre bonneville twin .
Triumph Hinckley used the T bird name ??? for some triples and have know changed to a twin .
How stupid they were
