Radiator grilles

Hi everyone,

Just spent £48 on radiator and oil cooler grilles my new ST Sprint.

I cannot praise Mike at Mikes Grilles too highly, both for his standard of service and quality of his grilles.

They are made by him for individual models, and fit perfectly. Not only will they afford protection, but they look very cool to.

Good instructions meant fitting was a breeze. (1 hour, cos I took my time. Yu could do it much quicker if you rushed it).

Have a look at mikesgrilles.com

I have no connection with this guy, just passing on my good experience. bette than grumbling all the time, likr about the very sad system for fixing the seat to my Sprint!!

Good luck all

Johnnie Boy

Agreed Johnie, Mike was great dealing with me in Oz. 7 day delivery and 50% of the price of the local product (even inc delivery over 7000miles). When I moved from the Speed Triple to the Tiger, I just transported the grille across and rezipped it on.

Great product and service.

RadGuard

For non naked bikes like my Sprint ST, I prefer the Australian made RadGuard.

The RadGuard is heavier in construction to Mikes Grilles and has a solid frame which bolts to the bike.

The one for my '04 Sprint ST covers my radiator and oil cooler, the one for the 1050 engined Sprints fits the fairing perfectly with a triangular shaped infill for the bottom of the fairing.

These grilles are not held into place with zip ties but bolt on.
