Torq It Tool

Has anyone tried the Torq It tool?
It's some kind of palm ratchet hand tool that I've seen advertised in a couple of motorcycle rags.
Handy gadget or gimmick?

Try Loggerhead Tools for some very cleaver tools that travel really well.
