Is there anyway to have preferably a tail/seat bag that is locked onto the bike so someone can't just unbuckle it and run. And do any have lockable zippers? I need to be able to put my jacket/gloves somewhere so I wont have to carry them around all day??

A company called Pac-Safe sells a line of bags that have a metal 'net' woven into the fabric so the bags can't be slashed easily. A small cable lock is a good deterrent to casual thieves.

I have a cable that I can run through my helmet and bags, and a motion sensitive luggage lock/alarm that makes a lot of noise if it gets moved around...
