I ordered a set of saddlebags and a tail bag from this company of 6/20/07. I didn't get an email with a shipping date in a week, so I emailed them. They said the bags where back ordered. I accepted this. Well today (7/9/7) I started to wonder where my bags where. So I checked my credit card and there was a credit for the amount of the order. I wonder if they where ever going to let me know that they had canceled my order. Shoddy customer relations.

I called the phone number at 2:00 pm eastern, and was told that the Internet people had gone home already, they are in Calif.

So I told the gentleman who answered the phone to cancel the order since all my money had been refunded.

I will not use that site again, I just thought I'd pass on this info.

Thanks for the heads-up. I don't know what your're looking for, but I've just ordered and received quickly a set of Cortech Sport Saddlebags from newenough.com. They carry a number of brands and provide excellent customer service.

I too ordered the same set from newenough.com and they came in a couple of days. The bags look good on the bike and work real well so far.

I've placed about four orders with Newenough. They have always been filled promptly and accurately. Their pricing, in my mind, has always been fair.
