Scala Rider seems to be the one at the moment. But none of them are good enough for music just yet.

GSXR 1000 Front End Swap

I have a pair of the new Cardo Scala Rider Q2 bluetooth headsets that I bought primarily to use as an intercom when my wife rides with me, but also as a phone and GPS interface. Initially I didn't think they were going to be loud enough to hear, but that turned out to be an error in speaker placement on my part. I subsequently have found them very effective as a phone headset; nobody knows you are on a cell, much less on a bike! I haven't had a chance to use them as an intercom or bike-to-bike (hence no review). All-in-all though, they seem very good, they even have a built-in FM radio.
