well, just got back from a 3600+ km road trip using the garmin zumo and a telferizer tank mount. Worked pretty well. It wasn't perfect, but it did what I wanted. It will be better on my next trip as I will either not use my tank bag, or I'll get a longer mount arm. I couldn't tip the screen to face me as it interfered with the tank bag. Easy fix. Definitely happy that I had the gps though.
