Two years ago, I received a Formotion motorcycle clock as a present. Before I installed it, I bent the straight end of the bracket slightly to angle the clock the way I wanted it.

Today, the clock bracket broke at the bend I made. I was able to catch the clock before it fell off the motorcycle.

I just called Formotion asking to buy a new bracket. The very nice lady who answered the sales/service line heard my story and immediately offered to send me several replacement brackets, shipped today, at no charge!

This is great product support, and Formotion deserves credit for it.

I had a similar experience with Formotion. Great folks to deal with.
