I want to get a Zumo 550, however the Fry's down the street wants $999 + tax for theirs......I have looked on-line but I am a little nervous sending some Internet company a check for 700 or so dollars. Has anyone else found a trusted seller over the Internet that they can recommend to me? If you have one where did you purchase it from???

I purchased mine from compuplus.com along with a Passport radar detector about 2 weeks later. I was very satisfied with their service.

I got the Zumo for 680.00, I don't know if it was a special. I found them through either nexttag.com or pricegrabber.com, both price comparison sites.

Just got mine from pcnation.com. Something like US$678 (and free FedEx 3-Day shipping!). I called and made sure it was a brand-new unit and not an open-stock, refurbished, reconditioned, factory-refreshed, or whatever other euphemism they might apply.
