If I'm just cruising around and taking it easy, I just wear normal jeans with nothing under them for protection. That said, when I go out for a real ride, I wear full leathers. I usually wear my A* Supertech R boots under my jeans, which should help prevent knee injuries, but I am definitely interested in picking up a pair of Dainese riding jeans with kevlar, etc. I've lowsided with just denim and didn't get cut up too bad, but I did bruise the crap out of my knee and hip to the point where it was painful to walk for a few days. I think it would have been prevented completely if I had full leathers on.
