I ordered a luggage rack/grab-rail unit for my 98 TBS from Adenture Motostuff [http://www.amotostuff.com] made by Hepco & Becker in Germany. When I received the rack I found that the bolt holes were drilled a little too close to the weldment and did not allow the socket-head bolts to go in straight because the head of the bolts would rub against the weldment/bracket of the rack. I mounted the rack withy much diffculty but ended up stripping the threads on the rear left subframe where the the rack bolts to.

I contacted H&B directly and we exchanged info and photos. They are going to send me a replacement rack at no additional charge for shipping. I received messages directly from Mr. Stephen Sauer at Hepco & Becker, and then follow-up shipping information from Chris Canterbury of [http://www.eurotechmotorsports.com] their CA supplier.

I cannot say enough about the immediate response, attention and concern for my problem, and quick resolution. I could not have asked for a better outcome. I hope others will try out this terrific vendor.
