Ordered a back protector from the Knox Armor USA website

Got it, put it on, doesn't fit me. Ordered the size they suggested but just will not work.
So get a RA as they require and now they tell me there is a 10% restocking fee or a store credit. No where on the policies of the website does it indicate restocking fee's. I don't have a problem paying a fee if I know about it up front but to come in like this just pisses me off. I don't want/need a store credit (this is not listed either) because there is nothing else they sell that I need.
Their comment is we failed to list it there but if you look at our affiliate site it indicates the fee's on returns. My position is it's not my job to check out all their website's to find out return polices. Nothing indicates a fee, not even the packing slip.
So now that I have vented, be aware should you decide to buy knox armor for these folks.
