Please read these rules, they will save a lot of hassle to your Ad if they are not followed.

1. eBay and Craigslist links are allowed, but all such expiring ads should only be posted in the eBay and Craigslist classifieds section. Anyone caught bumping up bids or encouraging others to do so, may lose their privileges to post in the classified section.

2. Admin and Mods have the right to delete any Item for any reason they see fit. This is a free site but we're not here to see our members get ripped off.

2a. ADS IN THE CLASSIFIED ARE NOT FOR ANY COMMERCIAL ENTERPRISE. If you are making or supplying any items, for financial gain, it will get deleted. It does not matter if you have made 10 of them in your garden shed or 10,000 of them in a factory in China, the same rules apply.

3. If you buy or sell an item TriumphRat.net will not be liable for anything sold or bought on the site.. It's between the buyer and seller.

4. This isn't an auction site. Set your price for your item. No "Highest bidder" threads.

5. You must have at least 5 posts and been a member for 30 days to post in this section. (no post whoring either) (This is to build up member credibility and to deter scammers).

5a. Premium and Lifetime members are exempt from the 30 days and 5 post rule.

6. Any attempt to bypass the 5 post rule (like posting items for sale in other sections, using PMs to sell items, etc.) or blatant violations of the rules listed above may result in a permanent ban.

7. Members MUST include an original Image of what they are selling, no exceptions, this rule is strictly enforced and Ads without pics or a link to the actual pic of what you are selling will be deleted. (I.e. the pic must be of the owned item itself and not a generic pic from the retailer or manufacturer).

8. You must post a price. Ads with no pricing information will be deleted., this rule is strictly enforced.

9. Ads will be kept for 3 months within the forums then deleted, if you have not sold your
item by then please update and repost your Ad.

As a general note, it is advisable to have your location listed in your public profile to aid potential buyers or sellers to the city and/or country where you live.
