Based on Johnson Leathers Model N-200-AFR this jacket is superlative!
Although the deerskin is wonderfully supple, this is a seriously heavy and heavy-duty jacket. You will not be disappointed.
Special features:
• The VERY best quality deerskin - this stuff is incredible! - and which adds $200+ to the cost of the jacket
• Built in T-Pro back armor - Adds $100 to the cost of the jacket
• Circular back patch - I was going to add something there but didn't
The cow hide base version of this jacket ($585) has
•
Snap Mandarin collar
• Zippered sleeves with snap closure
• Two zippered inside pockets
• Two outside zippered hand warmer pockets
• Zippered air vents front and back
• Bias-cut waist with extended back to block wind
• Integrated with T-Pro elbow & shoulder armor
It also has zips in place in case you want to buy a Thinsulate lining - I didn't want one. [The base version comes with a light liner]

It is very true to size. Under duress, I can be made to wear a sport coat, size 48. I'm 5' 11", 220#. If you want to wear much underneath the jacket, you'll need to be a size 46 or a small 48. if you are going to wear just a shirt, a small 50 could maybe wear it. Sleeves are full length so they are right when seated on a bike.
As you can see, this jacket has barely been worn - certainly not more than half a dozen rides. I have entirely too much bike gear, and it is time to thin the herd a little.
I paid around $875 for this jacket, plus shipping.
$575 gets it to your door in CONUS. PayPal preferred please.
TIA,
Alex
