If you want a graphic the just hit the Print Screen button on your computer then paste the image into a graphics program and print from there.
For a simple table of the values use Edit>Export Table to save data in a .txt file. You can open the file with Notepad to see a table of values without any fancy formatting.
You can also open the .txt file with MS Excel. Open it as a tab-delimited file and you'll have a table of values that can be edited, formated or printed.
