Especially with Internet sites nowadays, It can be tough to get decent customer service with phones that never get answered and emails that seem to just disappear. I have recently purchased a few items from indysuperbikes.com and although one of the items I had ordered was out of stock, I was immediately contacted and notified. I was instantly credited back for the out of stock item and I got everything else within a few days. The sale person was very easy to deal with and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Two thumbs up to the guys over at indysuperbikes as they will certainly get by business in the future
