Does anyone out there have an owners manual or a pdf copy I can get. I bought an 07 and it didn't come with one. I don't even know how to set my freakin' clock!!

Triumph makes a PDF of the owner's manual available online:

Only downside is that the units of measure are all metric, but that's easy enough to cope with. The upside is, these downloads are the latest version of the manuals (with any corrections in place). You won't get that from archived and sometimes ancient scans elsewhere on the Internet.
