Smile From Ducati 696 to D675 SE

Greetings!
In less than 3 hrs., I'll be riding my a new D675 SE. I came from the Duc Monster 696.

New to the board, looking forward to a great interactions with everyone here. It seems like it's more relax here than the Ducati board I frequent. Regards to All

It'll be interesting to hear your comparison of the two bikes. I've read good things about the Duc. Welcome aboard.

Just got back from dealer, riding the 675 home 25 miles. My first impression is very good.
-smooth ride
-handles great
-very responsive
-ergo is nice

I definitely think I made the right choice.
Got to ride it some more tomorrow.
I'm a very happy camper.

You will be very happy once it is broken in and you can really use the throttle. The grin won't come off even with surgery.

Go soothingly on the grease mud, as there lurks the skid demon.

I should know, I have almost 3000 miles on my 2008 Daytona and the grin still can't be removed.

I rode my roommates Duc Monster 620 a bit when my 675 was in the shop this spring. Felt like I was riding a dirtbike with all that soft suspension and upright seating position and the V-twin. Surely was glad to get back to the comfortable performance of the daytona.

Glad to have you with us! You sure did blaze through that 696 quickly. How did you like the Ducati? And, yeah, this board is laid back. Just folks who really love to ride more than talk. Have fun!
