08 Daytona 675

Hey guys, i am a new rider, i've just purchased a 08 675 and would like to know if it has any thing that a lot of people complain about( manufacturer defects etc..) i love the way the 675 looks and it sure is nice to ride around and people ask what kind of bike is that( i live in san jose ,ca) another question...does stalling a lot on a bike damage the engine? a friend stalled like 10 times in a riding session, still learning haha, i love the clutch on the 675, so easy, oh and any tips at all you guys can give me is appreciated, thanx.

Smile Take it to the track

The only downside of owning a 675 is that you get depressed when you're not out riding.
Sign up for a track day and let an instructor tell you about steering, braking, where to keep your eyes etc. It's a mindblowing experience. Have fun

I am in the exact same position as 40mpg. I am new to the riding world and would like some aftermarket accessories for my 675 like exhaust (two bros in particular), flushmount signals, carbon stuff, etc. Ya know just some good websites to drool over. anyone know of some good sites for that kinda stuff? Thanks.

British Customs is a nice place to start for bling. Also, get on http://www.triumph675.net/forum/ and do some searching. There are stickies there for the popular items, like exhaust and suspension set up. Welcome and enjoy.

Soooo True. Every time I get back from a trackday, I get depressed having to wait for the next one. Sometimes when I'm not riding, I go out to the garage just to look at my bike (sad I know).
