Good clip though... Very encouraging to see Triumph doing so well... In a few years would LOVE to see them in WSB or MotoGP... even BMW are in WSB next year

Am surprised we haven't heard about a Daytona 1050 yet? It seems natural that would be the next step?

I doubt it will happen. There may be an 1100 cc triple someday, and it may be stuffed into a 675 frame, but a 1050 isn't going to happen. It is a stroker motor and the piston speeds necessary to generate revs and competitive power would blow it up. If Triumph does anything, it will be a completely new motor with an oversquare configuration of some kind.

Keep the bore under 1000cc. Get over 150rwhp and about 70ftlbs. I don't ask for much.
