I am thinking about buying a salvaged 675 and converting to a streetfighter, but the salvaged bike does not come with an instrument cluster, or much else in front of the triple clamps for that matter... does anyone know where i could find a 675 instrument cluster or if a generic instrument cluster can be installed?

The bike will not run without the instrument cluster and I'm not aware of a generic cluster that will work in its place. Keep an eye on ebay as they come up there once in a while.
