Greetings from Oregon, USA

Hey all. Just signed up and wanted to say "hi" from Portland, OR.

Wasn't sure in which forum I should do the introductions, so I thought I'd just do both (see below).

Anyways.. Got an '07 D675... love it. Broken in the proper way, of course (on the track).

Something was missing, though. The bike was pretty lonely, so off I went hunting for a "mate". Just found one last weekend, and I think she's pretty happy now =)

Aint they cute?

Talking greenwithenvy

so..which one do you ride more?

I have an '07S3 and am considering adding a daytona as well....if you had to have just one (which apparantly you don't!) what would it be? do tell...

If I was FORCED to get rid of one (it would have to be a pretty darn strong force ) I'd pick the Dayton (i.e. keep the S3).

Definitely more fun for commuting, hands down win for anything greater than 50 mile trips, and surprisingly capable/nimble in the twisties.

I've found I ride the S3 more now, until I feel "guilty" and take the D675 for a spin.

If you enjoy track days, I'd definitely recommend you get one, though. Great pair
If you just commute with occasional canyon days (not long) then, unless money is not an issue, the S3 will do just fine by itself.
