New Cycle World with 675

I just got and read tthe the August Cycle World. They did a Shootout of sportbikes, of all 3 classes 600's 750's and 1000's. The Master bike shootout. It's a pretty intensive testing and scoring regiment they put the bikes through. The 675 had some super impressive #'s. It's a good read, and to me it says the 675 is a bike in a class by itself, yet able to show up bikes in every class.

the 675 surprised me because i never expected a supersport to win, especially a triumph. the new 675 is a big step up from the tt600 and last years 650...the bike has an awesome style now too and its the thinnest, lightest, fastest, and its even under 9,000 in the U.S. i love it

It really seems like years of racing has specilized the developement of the Supersports 600's. All they want is high revvs, and peak power, not good for the street. The 675 has no track record, so it was made for the first. That is why it is soooo good.

It sure is different from anything I have ever ridden. That goes for the track or the street.
