I've only had my S4 for 5 months, and already I'm drooling over other bikes! I guess I just don't have any loyalty

One thing I've definitely learned is that you can't tell a darn thing by sitting on a bike at the dealership. Sooooo.....

I was wondering, for those who've had the chance to ride the various iterations of Triumph 600's - TT600/S4, D600, D650, D675 (this is the one I'm really drooling over :tasty: ), how do the ergo's compare? My only point of comparison is the S4, and sitting on a D650 and D675 at a dealer... How about those who're actually riding them (you lucky basteds )?

Lets talk drool. Not 30 min ago I got home from a ride with a co-worker. He was riding his new bike. Now my spelling might not be correct but here goes. A MV AGUSTA 910R BRUTAL. Holy turd what a machine. THe fork tubes are MASSIVE, He stated that he did not break 7000RPM and I had NO chance of keeping with him out of a corner. But then again he did pay $11000 more then I did... MV only imported 45 of the "R" version. And no chicken strips on either bike. His toy now has 190 miles after out 115 mile afternoon.... :-D :-D :-D

MV Augusta -- Definitely some drool worthy bikes.

But I wonder how the 910R would fair against a Speed Triple? I mean, he had your S4 out classed by 310CCs. Seems like an unfair fight to me. And at 7k rpms the Brutale pulls 70 lbs of Torque... not exactly shabby. So I'm not surprised your buddy didn't go over 7k. Good looking bike though... just steep on the sticker price.
