I have a Leo Vince SBK slip on exhaust. It came with the bike. I was told it was remapped, but it pops a lot on decel. Does the stock exhause pop on decel?
Mine pops and spits a bit. I don't remember what it did when it was stock, but I'm pretty sure it did a bit of popping and spitting. I actually like it, since it makes the bike sound evil.

Go soothingly on the grease mud, as there lurks the skid demon.
What causes it is a slightly lean condition. If you don't like it to spit and pop a little, you can adjust the map to richen up the mix, especially at small throttle openings. Other than what you hear, it is harmless unless you are getting massive backfires or something.

I have a 2010 street triple and removed the sai system it stopped the popping on decel but will throw a check engine light unless you have access to tuneboy. The dealer could not remove the code
Whew glad to read more closely this was just popping on decel, which seems mormal with all the Triumph triples I have owned and including a D 675 I took out for a day once.
When I first saw this my brain read POOPing on decel!
