I was there on Friday with a couple of STN friends... hey where was the R6 anyway?? Was there a crowd around it? I honestly didn't even see it. Probably forgot to look in my excitement over a certain other middleweight. :hammer:

All the other bikes- mostly BMW and Ducati gallery

OUTSTANDING PICS! The 675 is a stunner in red... I wished the biker were offered in black as well. Thanks for sharing bro'...

BTW, how tall are you? You dwarf that Triumph!

Thanks!

I'm about 6'2". I didn't find the 675 cramped at all -- it was up on a platform so maybe that's why it looks that way. It is a small bike though, but not tiny. It sits fairly tall and is very narrow, like a v-twin. You can compare me on the 675 and Duc 749; the 749 is definitely more extreme as far as reach to the bars. I'd probably want risers on the DT... but I'm getting to be an old fart with arthritic hands the last few years. Other folks might find it fine as it is.

One thing every one who saw it agreed on.. the DT is absolutely stunningly beautiful to behold in person. I would buy one on the looks alone. (in red please!! tho I'm sure the other colours are nice too)

Wow, can't believe you missed the R6 !! It was very crowded in the Yamaha area for sure... the most busy of the show as you would expect!

Here's a pic of my new baby:
