The roads here are not kind to fairings, even if you don't tip over. All the paint on the leading edge of my fairing lowers has been scoured off by the sand and rocks created by people who insist on driving around on studded snow tires. It's a problem, and I sympathize with your pain!
As far as replacement fairings for cheap, have you considered repair instead of replacement? You can often repair the plastic using Plastex or ABS cement. I haven't tried ABS cement on 675 plastic, so it may or may not work, but it worked fine on my TT600 when it needed help. Paint can be much tougher, especially if your bike is yellow. The other colors are easier to match and to get touch-up paint for.
Other than race fairings, I don't know of any aftermarket parts other than the stuff from China on eBay. Who buys that stuff, anyway? Somebody must buy it, or they wouldn't sell it.

Go soothingly on the grease mud, as there lurks the skid demon.
