Cam Chain Tensioner
ExUpBV in the exhaust
Regulator/Rectifier
Battery
Suppose it all depends on your maintenance routines, whether or not you keep the bike attached to a battery tender and your tolerance for a repair bill should one of those things fail.
Personally, since I do all of my own repairs anyway, I've never felt that an extended warranty was worth it, but if you don't do your own repairs, then it might pay off...
It's a calculated gamble. Insurance companies pay actuaries to figure out how much to charge for the policy, based on anticipated claims, so that they make money. So, knowing that, most people come out on the short end of the stick...
