What year is the bike? Are they factory graphics? Triumph clear coats over all of their graphics at the factory, so if those aren't clear coated over, then they weren't installed at the factory.

If they are factory installed, then I would say yes. If not, then I would say no...

Any Triumph dealer should be able to forward your warranty claim to the importers ( outside the UK ) or the factory (in the UK). Looks like poor preparation on the panel before the decal was applied. Most unusual, as Triumph paint is amongst the best!

**** happens

Wouldn't you say it's strange that the original paint job would work for two years and then suddenly go bad in the very short time after your purcase??!!
I have a 2008 and you seem to have the original sticker. Most likely your shop fixed the paint job up, put a sticker/clearcoat on and did a bad job. So they are to blame.
I would phone them - email/fax the pic to them and see how they react - give them a chance!-anyone can have a bad day.
The best response from them maybe would be that they say you can have new stickers from them and they'll pay your local paint artist (check around for the best around) for doing the job. Or maybe they could redo it if you get a bike from them during the process.
I've had scratches+new stickers done on other bikes and it's amazing how good a result you get when done properly. Completely invisible - anyone knows how they manage to blend the job in?
Good luck!

The sticker could of been like that since new, I dont know !!

The point of the matter is that the manifolds run alongside the stickers causing the adhesive to give ( thats my prognosis)
Ill send them an email tonight

On a properly running bike, with a properly prepared and applied paint job, that should never happen.

It is highly probable that there was a repair made to that panel and whoever did it didn't prepare the panel properly.

Additionally, if there is excess heat being generated by the exhaust, due to a clogged catalytic converter, that might be the ultimate cause.

In addition to fixing the issue with the panel, I would have them check the catalytic converter to be sure it is not clogged...
