I ride a Speedie and so this is my first post to the 675 forum.

I came accross a good instructional video by Dave Moss on suspension setup. The video uses the S1000RR as the demo bike; but, the basics are transferable to other bikes. http://roadracingworld.com/news/article/?article=37819
