Just got it today--a 2008 with 2000 miles.

Wow! Maybe I'm shaped funny (not maybe) but the ergos are miles better for me than an R6 or ZX6R. Never been on a cbr.

Absolutely love the bike. Will be perfect for my track bike.

Had a '99 ZX9R myself... senior citizen killed it for me but I walked away...knock on wood...

Wondering how you like the engine / torque vs the Ninja? very close to finalizing the purch of a new '09

only other bike on my shortlist was a GSXR 750... liked the midrange
