Had a dealer drop in the carbon low pipe tune on my 99, they called it 9796. I am thinking they meant 9896(correct tune I believe). Now I get a slightly lumpy (think v8 with cam) sounding idle (in the 1100 to 1200 range). This normal?

Once after decel to stopsign in first, pull in clutch, engine dies. Only happened once so far. This to be expected? The dealer installed the tune and did nothing more. Its not been a problem...yet, I'm just wondering.
