Need new brakes on rear.2000 955i

Hello, new here and really enjoyed the info on this forum.

I have a 2000 955i and It really need a new disk and pads
for on the rear wheel.
Any suggestions were to get these parts?
Is this a big job to take on myself?

a couple of thoughts

First, try Ebay then, if you can't find wha you need, you cuold use the Bike Bandit 10% discount, as they are a site sponsor. It's somewhere in here.

I'll add a quick comment on this, I just did them early this year on my 2004 955i......EBC part number is wrong in both thier cataloge and on the web site.I ended up with the wrong pads twice before the fella's in here clued me in to it.Somewhere in here are links/posts to this issue.Likely have to search the posts.

I also need either a manual or the cd I read about here to replace
this back disk?

I've got the CD manual, which keeps my greasy hands off all the rest of the pages, and I only need to print out the ones I'm going to need for the repair. I'd go with the CD.
