I forget where i read or heard it, but 300 of em to the U.S. comes to mind. Was discussing this same subject with a friend who owns a Royal last night. I gotta remember to come back to this post & check what others have to say on this, would be interesting to know.

Id like to find production numbers also. I have the green 02 triumph speed triple in the speed triple album. When i bought it dealer said that only 6 were made in that color in 2002. Someone else posted the actual picture of my bike in the dealership and it says one of a few in existense in usa not sure who posted it. In comment section i put down i was owner.. But ive never been able to confirm how many were made So ill be keeping a eye on this post also. There are no contact emails on triumphs site to contact anyone at triumph. Might have to find someone with connections inside triumph uk.

I am also curious about the actual numbers. I own one of the rumored red '02 Daytona's. It has the same CF bits and single sided swing-arm as the green CE. I heard that there were sixteen of them made...12 of which came to the states. I placed a deposit on mine while it was still crossing the Atlantic. The only other one I know of is in Oklahoma, but the guy that owns it stripped and polished the frame and wheels. :???:
