Thinking of buying a 2001 955i

Not familiar with this bike , I have owned a cbr 600. gsxr 750, and a cbr 929 . What are the pros and cons of this bike . Thanks

my #1 favorite thing about owning a Triumph Daytona is the triple motor - amazing in every way...it has been proclaimed the "finest engine in all of motorcyledom" for a reason - it really is.

#2 You don't see yourself at every (or any in my case) stop light.

Just go ride one, it'll tell you everything you need to know.

They are reliable, fast, and as comfortable as you want to make it.

Wow love this bike

Just picked up the triumph its a great piece of machinery. Thanks u all for pointing me in the right direction. See u all on the road. I will post pics as soon as i can . One question , Where can i pick up the rear pegs ?

Bike Bandit, Triumph proper, several places really...and all quite pricey. Measure the mounting holes center to center and compare with 'more plentiful' bikes. I picked up a set of gixxer 750 pegs for $10 on eBay...fit perfect and look better (IMO) than Triumph OEM.

Almost anywhere; see the wheelie thread.

Enjoy your Daytona. I left one in Europe when I moved back to the states, and bought myself another as quickly as I could. Fantastic bike.
