Paint flaking on mirror arms
My 06 is used all year round and is holding up well to all the weather can throw at her, imagine my horror to find that the paint is now flaking off the mirror arms, I only noticed it today and you can see the alloy powder where the paint has come off, what kind of paint do you guys reccomend as its kind of flat black?

i would sandblast them and have them powdercoated...you can get it done cheap and in different levels of luster. there is dull, satin or polished. it would hold up the best...its bulletproof. how the frames holding up mate? i hope u are getting your money's worth out of them...

Really good thanks Dano, use em all the time, just makes the bike so practical, I hate riding with a backpack when I wear my leathers and they hold so much stuff, even all my marshaling stuff when I go to the racing, by the way I am marshaling MOTOGP this year at Donington, and also BSB/WSB.

Hey Dano, we even live in the paddock from friday through to Sunday, meet the guys for real though its a bit uncool to be star struck so you just nod and say Hi, Mrs doodle was sat opposite me when Greg Lavilla sat down next to her with his food at the BSB practice this year, when we were eating lunch, he is now in WSB but was there passing his Ducati from last year on to a new rider.
