T595 valve clearance specs

G'day all, I'm just about to carry out the 40,000Kms service on my T595 that I have just bought. Can anyone tell me what the valve clearance specs are? Also is it easier to take the cams out to replace the shims. I don't have a tool for holding the vavle open and I don't know the thickness of the shims already fitted. I don't want to take them out 1 at a time to measure as this will take a long time. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Cheers Pete
