I'm not a Triumph owner yet but I'd like to be....

I'd like to hear everyone's experience with their dealer service department, good and bad.

How long is the wait time for service?? Stuff like that...

I'm in East Texas and my dealer is actually the Harley dealer. Service is pretty good here. They run the services as appointment based and schedule you in so you have the most amount of time with your bike. When I brought my tona, I sent it to them for a tune up and to check the map. There is only one Triumph tech there, but there are not many Triumphs around so I get in quick.

turbolc2, I've used British-USA and while they're pretty good, it's tough to pin them down to exactly what work was performed. Polaris West (Katy) has been good also. There is a new Triumph dealer on the northside of Houston, but I haven't been there. Waiting time is seasonal, but no worse than for other brands.

Motorcycles Unlimited on 1960 has a great service department if out of warranty.
